This Privacy Policy explains how TRP LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Reelizm at reelizm.com. We are located at East Lansing, MI 48823.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID and your subscription plan.

Content You Create: We store the videos you generate, including the scripts, image prompts, and settings used to create them.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage information such as how many videos you've created and when you last used the service, for the purpose of enforcing plan limits and improving the service.

Communications: If you contact us via the chat widget or email, we store those communications to respond to you and improve our support.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Reelizm service
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, receipts)
To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
To respond to support requests
To send product updates and announcements (you can opt out at any time)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Reelizm:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
ElevenLabs — AI voice generation. Your script text is sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio.
Anthropic (Claude) — AI script and prompt generation. Your topic/niche input is sent to generate scripts.
fal.ai / Ideogram / OpenAI / xAI — AI image generation. Image prompts are sent to generate images for your videos.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Pushover — internal notifications only (not your data).

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data sent to them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing, HTTPS encryption, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Generated videos and associated data are stored on our servers. You can delete your videos at any time from the My Videos page, and you can delete your entire account from the Account page.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal information, videos, and associated data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction: Update inaccurate information via your account settings
Deletion: Delete your account and data via the Account page or by contacting us
Portability: Request an export of your data
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

8. Children's Privacy

Reelizm is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@reelizm.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Reelizm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
