What's the difference between Create Credits and Series Credits?
Create Credits are used when you manually generate a video — you pick the topic, style, and voice and hit generate. Series Credits are used by your automated series, which generates videos on a set schedule without you doing anything. They're separate so your series doesn't eat into your manual video allowance.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — both Create and Series Credits reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period with no charges after that.
What image models are used?
All paid plans use Flux Pro for image generation — the same model used by professional AI artists. You can also choose Ideogram V2, DALL-E 3, or Grok depending on your niche. The Free plan uses Flux Schnell.
How does the automated series work?
You set up a series with a topic, voice, style, and schedule. Reelizm automatically generates a new video on your chosen schedule — daily or every 2 days — using your Series Credits. Each auto-generated video counts as one Series Credit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes — you can change your plan anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
