These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reelizm, operated by TRP LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located in East Lansing, MI 48823. By creating an account or using Reelizm, you agree to these Terms.
Reelizm provides an AI-powered faceless video generation platform. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@reelizm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the videos you create using Reelizm. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring the content you generate does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that generate prohibited content.
Our platform uses third-party AI services to generate scripts, images, and voiceovers. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Credits purchased for video editing features are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
Reelizm uses third-party services including ElevenLabs (voice generation), various AI image providers, and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
